
Job description
The Leasing Agent reports to the General Manager and is responsible for assisting with the day-to-day operations of the property to ensure customer satisfaction, fiscal stability, and good physical condition.
Assist with leasing, manage property licenses, investigate and respond to resident concerns, and perform general administrative duties.
The ideal candidate is enthusiastic, outgoing, and able to work hard in a fast-paced environment. They should have excellent customer service skills and be able to communicate effectively and professionally.
