Campus is a two-year, accredited college that offers students a unique approach to higher education. As a Student Success Coach, you will manage a caseload of students, guide them through academic and personal challenges, and help them achieve their goals. You will be responsible for proactive outreach, relationship building, and backend documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• Strong organizational and caseload management skills
• Ability to build relationships and navigate emotionally sensitive conversations
• Proven ability to manage a high volume of outreach and follow-up
