Job Description
We are looking for a passionate Healthcare Business Strategy Analyst to join our team and drive home our Company's Mission and Values. The role involves evaluating CAN Community Health’s current clinical and support service offerings, identifying strategic opportunities for growth, and generating data-driven recommendations on new services and programs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Public Health, Healthcare Administration, Data Analytics, or related field; master’s preferred
- 3+ years of experience in healthcare analytics, business analysis, strategic planning, or a related role
- Strong understanding of primary care, chronic disease management, public health, and community-based health services.
- Experience with financial modeling, forecasting, and service feasibility assessments.
- Proficiency in data visualization and analytics tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI).
