Canada Post is looking for a post office assistant who can provide customer-focused counter service to customers, sell postal products and services, and sort and process mail correctly.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent provincial certification, or experience in business administration
• Training and/or experience related to public interaction in retail sales and/or service industry, among others, sales and cash transactions
• Understanding of ordinary accounting systems or post office systems
• Sufficient physical form to lift mail containers weighing up to 50 lb, push or pull boxes, sort mail, and stand for long periods
• Flexibility to be available for temporary on-call tasks
