PhD level degree with at least 3 years' experience or Master's degree with at least 6 years' experience, with knowledge of the science of blood and blood products and experience with analytical methods
Development Scientist II or III (Product Development)
PhD in research and development in blood, blood components or a related regulated industry, 3-6 years of post-doctoral experience
Strategic Talent Partner - Talent Management
Post-secondary education and at least 7 years of experience in talent management and human capital consulting
Medical Laboratory Technologist
Graduate degree in Medical Laboratory Technology and certification from CSMLS required
Medical Laboratory Technologist- Donor Testing
1 year of experience in a Transfusion Medicine and Molecular related laboratory, or equivalent combination of education and experience
Driver (Material Handler)
High school diploma or equivalent and 2-3 years of professional driving experience required
Driver 3 - (Driver/Material Handler)
High school diploma, valid Class 4 driver's license, 2 years of commercial driving experience, basic computer skills, and ability to communicate in English
Registered Nurse - Trainer
RN registration, CTP or similar certificate, 5 years adult training experience, and proficiency in MS Office
Phlebotomist (Donor Centre Associate)
Completion of post-secondary education, 3 years of experience, and basic computer skills
Driver 3
High school diploma, commercial driver's license, and 2-3 years of driving experience required
