Sourcing Manager

Role Overview

Lead a team of sourcing specialists to source materials for the company's solar panels, ensuring efficient and cost-effective supply chain operations. Work closely with internal teams to understand material requirements and ensure procurement strategies support production needs and product quality.

What You Will Do

Manage daily sourcing activities, develop and enable a professional team, oversee internal customer satisfaction, and provide guidance to internal business teams. Utilize negotiation and accountability skills to build effective vendor relationships and manage supplier relationships.

Ideal candidate has a strong background in direct sourcing team supervision, with 3-5 years' experience in sourcing, purchasing, or supply chain. Must be able to prioritize tasks, communicate effectively, and deal with people sensitively and professionally.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, or an acceptable combination of education and experience
• 3-5 years' work experience in sourcing, purchasing, or supply chain
• Ability to prioritize tasks with minimal supervision
• Strong communication skills with all levels of the organization
• Computer literacy, including effective working skills with MS Office applications
