Job Description
Candee Skin Desoto is seeking a Part-Time Guest Services Representative to manage the front desk, welcome guests, and provide administrative support. The role involves handling communications, coordinating activities, and ensuring a positive guest experience. Flexibility in schedule and ability to handle emergencies are key.
Requirements
- Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role
- Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. fax machines and printers)
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive
- Excellent organizational skills
- Multitasking and time-management skills
- Customer service attitude
- High school degree
- Additional certification in Office Management is a plus
