Job Description
CannonDesign is seeking a Project Manager to lead project implementation for the healthcare planning team, particularly during a project focused on 2.0+ million square foot healthcare facility. The role involves developing and managing client relationships, project teams, and budget, aiming for quality, schedule, and innovation. This is an initial assignment focused on early-stage healthcare facilities in Rochester, MN, with potential for expansion.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction, or related field
- 10+ years related project management experience
- 5+ years in healthcare project management
- US licensure or registration preferred
- LEED accreditation preferred
- Advanced knowledge of discipline
- Strong client leadership and communication skills
