Family Nurse Practitioner
Basic nurse practice, including diagnosis, treatment, and patient care. Ability to order tests, prescribe medications, and perform minor procedures. CHC standards compliance is needed
Dental Hygienist
Valid licensure, proven experience, and strong knowledge of periodontal care and preventive dentistry
Medical Assistant
Certification or registration as a Medical Assistant, prior experience in a clinical setting, and knowledge of medical terminology
Pharmacy Technician
High school diploma required, Pharmacy Technician certification preferred, prior experience in pharmacy setting advantageous
Dental Assistant
High school diploma, CPR certification, and x-ray certification required
Pharmacy Technician
High school diploma, certification, and licensure required; prior pharmacy experience advantageous
CNA/LNA
Current certification as a CNA or LNA, prior experience in primary care or outpatient setting, and strong interpersonal and communication skills
Medical Assistant
Certification as a Medical Assistant and 1 year of experience in a clinical setting
Pharmacy Technician
High school diploma or equivalent required, certification as a Pharmacy Technician, and licensed by AZ Board of Pharmacy
