Job Description
The Physician Assistant (PA-C) supports orthopaedic surgeons in operating rooms and provides direct patient care according to state guidelines under the direction of the supervising physician. The PA will be involved in the coordination of treatment and assists in the management of preoperative and postoperative care.
Requirements
- Completion of an accredited Physician Assistant Program
- BLS Certification
- 2 years' experience preferred
- Experience working in patient care, primarily in Orthopedic or Primary Care settings
- Experience and proficiency working with computers and electronic medical records
