Job description
As a Lead Software Engineer, you'll drive high-impact projects in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where your work directly empowers data-driven decisions across the entire platform. You'll lead a portfolio of diverse technology projects and a team of developers with deep experience in distributed microservices, and full stack systems to create solutions that help meet regulatory needs for the company.

This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about marrying data with emerging technologies and has experience with cloud computing, open source frameworks, and Agile practices. You'll have the opportunity to work with a team of experienced developers and contribute to the development of a mission-critical platform that captures and analyzes every customer communication to measure and enhance service quality across all channels.
