Lead a team of eight Software Engineers in our Nottingham office, focusing on building and evolving our Data capabilities across the UK business and within our advanced Cloud-based Enterprise Data Ecosystem.
Lead a high-performing data engineering team, champion people leadership and development, drive technical excellence and architecture, deliver the product roadmap, foster innovation and modern practices, and forge partnerships.
An approachable, inquisitive, problem-solving leader focused on business value and passionate about developing talent, comfortable with technology, architectural decisions, and technical trade-offs, with experience in data platform and ETL/orchestration technologies, AI developer tooling, and Agile environment.
