Requirements
- Assist residents with check-in and check-out procedures
- Make and confirm reservations
- Respond to all queries through walk-ins, emails, calls and assist with requests
- Handle cash floats throughout the night shift and ensure all floats are balanced at the end of each shift
- Verify revenue from all sources and follow up on any discrepancies in reports
- Account for all financial transactions at the front desk accurately during the shift
- Handle end-of-day bookkeeping, auditing and account reconciliation
- Handle and record residents' complaints, feedback and perform the appropriate service recovery
- Perform end-of-day procedures and produce daily reports
- Perform related tasks as assigned
