Job Description
HealthPartners is hiring a Lead Network Engineer to design, maintain, and monitor the organization's core network environment. The Lead Network Engineer will serve as a subject matter expert across multiple areas of network infrastructure and play a critical role in ensuring the reliability, security, and performance of the network infrastructure.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in network and security, Infrastructure or similar
- Twelve years of experience in Network Infrastructure design, implementation, and maintenance
- Expert-level knowledge of networking technologies
- Proven experience with network monitoring, diagnostics, and analytics tools
- Excellent understanding of all network infrastructure components
- Experience with Infoblox DNS/DHCP and its configuration
- Experience with Software Defined Access Methodology â Security & Segmentation
- Experience with Azure cloud and other cloud services
- Experience with scripting languages, such as Python, Bash, or TCL
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with and strong knowledge of multiple operating systems
- Experience with providing work direction and mentoring staff
