Job Description
HealthPartners Institute is seeking a full-time Physician Research Investigator (0.8 FTE) with clinical and research experience in chronic disease. The role involves supporting and developing externally funded research programs, conducting clinical or health services research, and collaborating with investigators and other professionals. Researchers are responsible for both research design and dissemination of results.
Requirements
- MD/DO or equivalent degree and clinical experience in internal medicine, family medicine, or related field
- Early to mid-career investigator with leadership skills
- Prior experience as a first author of peer-reviewed publications
- Experience authoring research proposals
- Methodologic expertise in qualitative or quantitative approaches
- Strong people skills
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Current Minnesota or Wisconsin Medical license or eligibility
- 3+ years of health care research experience
