Leasing Agent

Performs all sales and leasing activities to achieve revenue and occupancy goals, inspects apartments, and stays informed about market and competitor conditions to sustain occupancy. Designs and executes marketing activities to create and drive traffic to the community.

Requirements

• Two years of Leasing experience in the Multifamily industry
• Solid sales and customer service skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Active listening skills and willingness to learn
• Ability to pay close attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy
• Strong communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Strong computer skills
