We're CarbonBetter, a certified minority-owned sustainability and energy logistics company. We're looking for a Sales Agent - Bilingual to join our Retail Energy Division and help us build a better future.
Requirements
- Call all daily assigned customer leads and properly disposition each lead in our dialer system
- Ensure each customer receives up to 6 phone calls during a 1-week cycle
- Become familiar with sales scripts and procedures to retain customers
- Take clear notes during each customer interaction
- Provide detailed instructions to customers to ensure their retention process is completed
- Always attempt to cross-sell additional supply services (electricity or natural gas)
- Review and track sales retention reports, and if required, reconnect with customers to ensure each retention is fully processed
- Join sales meetings with the leadership team to provide feedback and opportunities to improve
- Escalate questions and concerns when needed
- Engage with teammates over Slack in a timely, clear, and consistent manner
