Chief of Staff

Carda Health is building the world’s first patient-centered virtual heart and lung platform. We're looking for a Chief of Staff to partner closely with the CEO and leadership team to drive company-wide execution and strategic priorities.

Requirements

• 4-10+ years of experience driving strategy and execution in fast-moving environments
• Exceptional ability in structured problem solving, program management/execution, and crisp written communication
• Proven track record of leading cross-functional initiatives with senior stakeholders and delivering measurable results on aggressive timelines
• Excellent communication skills, including verbal, listening, and written communication
• Highly organized with the ability to create, adhere to, and scale repeatable processes
