Strategic Partnership Lead

We're seeking a Strategic Partnership Lead to drive enterprise growth through partnerships with major Health Systems and Payers. You'll own the outbound strategy, manage hand-offs, and support high-stakes negotiations.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in healthcare partnerships, business development, or enterprise sales.
• Health System/Payer Exposure: Understanding how a hospital service line works or how a managed care organization thinks about its members.
• The 'Hunter' Instinct: Comfortable with outbound sourcing and a track record of building a pipeline from scratch.
• Succinct Communication: Clear and thoughtful writing, professional, brief, and convincing.
• Pace: Fast, organized, and responsive.
