Hospice Clinical Manager - RN

Join Our Growing Team at Care Initiatives Hospice! We're looking for an experienced Hospice Clinical Manager - RN to lead our Council Bluffs clinical team, providing care with compassion, dignity, and respect to patients and their families.

Requirements

• Active RN license (or ability to activate) in the state(s) in which you operate.
• Active CPR certification.
• Hospice or palliative care experience.
• At least one year in a leadership or charge nurse position or relative experience.
• Two years of recent clinical experience in hospice, oncology, home health or public health nursing; hospice experience preferred.
