Requirements
- Experience in talent acquisition, ideally in an agency or fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills, a talent for engaging with people, and a curiosity for tech and digital topics.
- ATS knowledge and ability to use sourcing platforms effectively.
- A structured approach to interviews and candidate evaluation, with a strong sense for pipeline flow and timely candidate progression.
- A well-organized working style with the ability to keep processes clearly documented and accessible.
- Fluent in German & English
