Job description
Join the Green Flag team as a Trading Manager, reporting to the Head of Trading. Assist in delivering new business, retaining customers, and delivering outstanding customer experiences. Play an integral role in ensuring the delivery of the Business Plan.
Support the Trading mission to grow the business profitably, manage the Profit and Loss (P&L) for trading activities, and work with stakeholders to drive the trading agenda. Monitor performance, lead reporting on product KPIs, and create value assessments to support prioritization and sizing of opportunities.
Strong commercial acumen, experience managing P&L, and product management experience are required. Excellent collaboration and communication skills, analytical skills, and the ability to interpret complex data sets are also necessary.
