We’re looking for a seasoned Senior Automation Engineer (Selenium) with 7–10 years of hands-on experience on end-to-end test automation across web applications.
Requirements
- Design, build, and maintain scalable Selenium automation frameworks in Java using patterns like Page Object Model (POM) and Page Factory in a BDD Cucumber framework.
- Translate requirements/user stories into maintainable automated test suites (UI, API, and integration).
- Implement BDD (Cucumber) or data-driven strategies; build reusable utilities and test data management workflows.
- Ensure test coverage across cross-browser.
- Integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions).
- Collaborate on performance (e.g., JMeter/Gatling) baselines and observability of test runs.
- Implement API test automation (e.g., RestAssured, Postman).
- Contribute to test data and environment management strategies.
- Work within Agile (Scrum/Kanban) ceremonies and contribute to acceptance criteria and test strategy at story/epic level.
- Document frameworks, test plans, and test reports; communicate risks, coverage, and readiness clearly to stakeholders.
