Job Description
CarGurus is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead project management for their People & Talent organization. The role involves leading cross-functional programs and projects, owning program and project portfolio management, and providing strategic backbone for critical people work.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience leading medium-to-large, cross-functional programs and projects
- Proven experience establishing PMO practices, project governance, or portfolio management in a matrixed organization
- Strong leadership and facilitation skills with the ability to influence without direct authority
