Production Supervisor responsible for leading team meetings, coaching crew members, ensuring quality and production information, and performing audits and disciplinary actions.
Requirements
- High School diploma or GED
- Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field (preferred but not required)
- 3+ years manufacturing/production experience
- Glass manufacturing process knowledge (preferred)
- Valid driver's license for business travel
