We are seeking a motivated and driven higher education student to join our Human Resources team as an intern, with a primary focus on training and talent development initiatives. This role offers hands-on experience in assisting in the design, coordination, and implementation of employee training programs while supporting broader HR functions.

Requirements

• Assist in the development and delivery of training programs
• Support the creation and maintenance of training materials
• Help track employee training progress and maintain accurate records in HRIS systems
• Collaborate with HR and cross functional teams to identify workforce development needs
• Participate in organizing training sessions, conferences, and learning events
• Conduct research on best practices in industrial training and workforce development
