Seabourn is looking for an experienced Hotel Interior Superintendent to maintain hotel and crew spaces across its fleet, ensuring interiors meet brand standards. The role involves overseeing interior maintenance, coordinating refurbishment projects, and managing third-party contractors.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Marine Engineering, Architecture, or a related technical discipline
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and floor plans using AutoCAD and/or Revit
- Working knowledge of Class Society regulations and international maritime standards (e.g., IMO)
- Demonstrated ability to create and manage purchase orders and inventory records using enterprise systems such as Amos-W
