Sr. Director, MAST Inventory Controls

This Senior Director role is central to the Maritime Asset Strategy Transformation Program, focusing on the standardization of Inventory Controls (IC) through establishing a Center of Excellence. The position involves driving inventory excellence, aligning with strategic goals, resource allocation, and stakeholder engagement. It requires leading teams and collaborating with various departments to improve operational efficiencies and ensure compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred
• Supply chain credentials / certifications desired (e.g., ASCM)
• 15+ years of total work experience, with 10+ years in inventory controls, purchasing, and logistics leadership
• Experience managing inventory with deep knowledge of operations and logistics
• Proven ability to set vision and lead complex inventory/supply chain initiatives
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• Budget management and cost optimization experience
• Strategic thinking and risk management expertise
• Cross-brand perspective experience
