Job Description
Kind Behavioral Health (KBH) is looking for Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to join their North Carolina clinics. BCBAs will design and oversee ABA treatment programs, supervise behavior technicians, and provide parent education and consultation. The ideal candidate is motivated, coachable, and kind, with a passion for pursuing excellence in Applied Behavioral Analysis.
Requirements
- 1 plus years experience in ABA preferred
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification, in good standing
- Experience with ASD, highly preferred
- Valid driver’s license
- Must pass a background and reference check
- Reliable transportation
