Manager FP&A

Carpenter Technology Corporation is seeking a Manager FP&A to provide insights and recommendations to Senior Management on business performance, trends, competitor analysis, and key performance indicators, and to lead improvements to the financial planning and analysis function.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Business
• 7 to 10 years of experience in financial planning, business analysis, and strategy
• Background in corporate finance, corporate FP&A, business unit FP&A, field finance
• MBA and/or CPA or CFA preferred
