Job Description
We are a design firm seeking a Project Architect to lead the architectural and technical development of projects across all phases, from concept to construction. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience, a license, and expertise in Revit, sustainable design, and construction administration.
Requirements
- Registered/Licensed Architect
- Bachelor's or master's degree in architecture
- 5+ years of professional experience
- Advanced proficiency in Revit
- Strong technical expertise in architectural detailing
- Experience with California Building Code
- Deep knowledge of sustainable design principles
- Proven ability to lead small to medium-sized teams
- Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and pragmatic solution-oriented approach
