Senior Product Marketing Manager

Carta connects founders, investors, and limited partners through world-class software, purpose-built for everyone in venture capital, private equity and private credit. As the Product Marketing Manager for Carta in Europe, you'll work to own the European Market Narrative, architect regional GTM Strategy, influence the Global Roadmap, scale Global Innovation, establish Regional Credibility, define Cross-Functional Enablement, and drive Product Adoption & Impact.

Requirements

• 5-8 years of experience in B2B product marketing, with a specific focus on SaaS fintech or private markets (Venture Capital or Private Equity)
• Enterprise experience: Proven track record of marketing complex products to sophisticated, upmarket personas (e.g., CFOs or General Partners)
• Technical Mastery: The tenacity to quickly become a domain expert who can understand technical product details at a deep level and translate them into value-driven stories
• Influential Leadership: Demonstrated success in influencing senior stakeholders (Product, Sales, and Delivery) to align on regional priorities and GTM execution
• Exceptional Communication: A deep-seated obsession with customer storytelling; you can translate product details into emotional narratives that differentiate a brand in a competitive landscape
