Job Description
We are seeking a Heavy Equipment Mechanic to perform scheduled maintenance, inspections, and repairs on heavy-duty diesel equipment. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of diesel engines, hydraulic systems, powertrains, and electrical systems.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 3+ years of experience as a diesel mechanic working on heavy equipment
- ASE certification or OEM training certifications (e.g., Caterpillar, Komatsu, John Deere)
- Valid driver’s license
- CDL and/or heavy equipment operation certification (optional)
- Technical school diploma in diesel mechanics or related field (optional)
