Job Description
The EMAC Group is seeking a Regional Mortgage Manager to expand its Midwest Territory. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent customer service, and proven experience in building and maintaining a sales and operations team. They will be responsible for implementing business development and sales strategies to expand market share, analyze and improve profitability, and develop the skills of production team members.
Requirements
- Minimum five (5) years retail mortgage production management experience
- Minimum of eight years mortgage banking retail origination
- Proven experience in building, leading and guiding a motivated sales team
