Job Description
Corporate Counsel will negotiate SaaS licensing agreements, evaluate AI risks, collaborate with cross-divisional teams, and provide business and legal guidance. Must have a JD from an accredited law school and at least 5 years of relevant experience.
Requirements
- JD from an accredited law school
- At least 5 years of relevant experience
- Experience advising and counseling clients and drafting and negotiating complex commercial agreements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Experience with Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) systems is a plus
