Trading Desk Analyst

Cascade Asset Management Company is seeking a Trading Desk Analyst to collaborate with a team of experienced traders to manage the trading and treasury functions for Cascade, executing trades across multiple asset classes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field
• 0-3 years of trading experience; fixed income experience a plus
• Passion for investing and financial markets
• Excellent quantitative, problem solving, research, and analytical skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Detail oriented and organized with strong communication skills
• Ability to take initiative on projects and work effectively in both a team setting and independently
• Strong Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills; coding experience a plus
• Possess high ethical and professional standards
