Role Overview

Castalia Systems is seeking a Space/Counterspace Analyst, Mid to support our Intelligence Client’s mission sets. The role involves conducting all-source analytic production of foreign space capabilities, working with engineers and scientists, and developing concise, insightful, and comprehensive products for defense intelligence.

What You Will Do

Conduct all-source analytic production of foreign space capabilities, work with engineers and scientists, develop concise, insightful, and comprehensive products for defense intelligence, lead teams in researching multifaceted or critical problems, and provide guidance in selecting, designing, and applying analytic methodologies.

The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of experience conducting analysis relevant to the specific labor category, a Bachelor’s degree in an area related to the labor category, and comprehensive mission knowledge and skills.

Requirements

• Meets all qualifications and skills of a Junior
• Demonstrates comprehensive mission knowledge and skills
• Demonstrates ability to communicate understanding from incomplete, indirect, highly complex, seemingly unrelated, and / or technically advanced information
• Demonstrates ability to work independently with minimal oversight and direction
• Demonstrates ability to collaborate and work with other IC members
• Demonstrates ability to develop concise, insightful, and comprehensive products for defense intelligence
• Demonstrates ability to lead teams in researching multifaceted or critical problems
• At least 8 years of experience conducting analysis relevant to the specific labor category
• Bachelor’s degree in an area related to the labor category
