Requirements
- 2 to 4 years of leadership experience in retail management, preferably in the furniture or home goods industry
- Prior interior styling experience is a plus
- Fluent English with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to understand customer needs and translate them into actionable strategies
- Proven experience in developing high-performing sales teams and managing team performance
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Proven experience in collaborating with HQ teams to plan and implement campaigns, events, design new processes and systems
- Able to work flexible schedule (days, nights, weekends and holidays if required to meet the needs of the business)
