Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to join this Michelin Starred restaurant in Berkshire, up to £28k salary package.
Requirements
- Support the Restaurant Manager with the smooth running of the Michelin-starred restaurant
- Work closely with the executive head chef and the Restaurant Manager to deliver and exceed guest expectations
- Run, look after, and make decisions in the operation and running of a 5-star luxury Michelin-starred restaurant in the absence of the Restaurant Manager
- Manage, lead, and train junior members of staff
