We are looking for an experienced Reception Manager to join two 4-star country houses in Oxfordshire. The ideal candidate will have outstanding management and customer service skills, attention to detail, and consistently professional and friendly approach.
Requirements
- Previous experience of working within a hotel reception management position
- Full understanding of hotel reservation systems
- Great sales knowledge and MS Office suite
- Excellent customer service skills
- Punctual and reliable team player with strong communication skills
- Self-driven approach and a positive 'can do' attitude
