Job Description
We are seeking an FVP, Relationship Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 7-10 years of commercial lending and banking experience, a strong understanding of lending regulations and credit/underwriting practices, and excellent verbal and written communication skills. The role will involve identifying and bringing new loan clients, managing an existing portfolio, and providing excellent customer service while adhering to required timeframes.
Requirements
- U.S. College graduate with major in related fields
- 7-10 years of commercial lending and banking experience
- Thorough knowledge of lending regulations and credit/underwriting practices
- Strong loan negotiation experience
- Previous underwriting experience in commercial lending
- Extensive knowledge of Bank's credit policy, risk management, underwriting requirements, and loan servicing
- Strong knowledge of commercial and specialty group banking products and services
- Bilingual (English/Mandarin or Cantonese) a plus but not required
