Job Description
Catholic Charities Brooklyn and Queens is seeking a Case Manager II to assist seniors with their needs, arrange for services, and provide information and referral. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in human-related services and knowledge of entitlement for older adults. Bilingual proficiency is preferred.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in human-related services from an accredited college or university
- Knowledge of entitlement for older adults preferred
- Proficient in computer software applications, Excel, and Microsoft Office
- Bilingual preferred
- Ability to lift to 10lbs
