The Fee for Service Licensed Social Worker will provide direct service to clients in the Agency's outpatient mental health programs, including individual, family, marital, and group therapy, and will adhere to all standards of contract compliance, audit readiness, and Agency policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Meet Agency requirements for qualitative and quantitative documentation
• Ensure that referrals are made to appropriate internal and external services
• Respond to all referrals in a timely and professional manner
• Provide direct service: Conduct individual, family, marital, and group therapy
• Monitor and coordinate psychiatrist psychopharmacology appointments
• Coordinate physical, medical, and psychological needs for clients
• Complete and submit all documentation required for Agency reimbursement for services
• Maintain all applicable standards of audit readiness
• Attend and actively participate in supervision
• Participate, as needed, in Agency response to serious incidents
• Participate in meeting with supervisor and other staff trainings, planning, and evaluation of individual work and agency functioning
