Job Description
Social Service Coordinator - Full Time, provides on-site services for tenants in senior housing properties, develops and implements communal and individual opportunities to support tenants as they age in place.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Services or related field
- Excellent organizational, verbal, & written communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours (evenings/weekends)
- Ability to travel throughout the five boroughs as needed
