Coach - Various Sports

This role involves coaching a sports program and providing high-level instruction to athletes. The coach will be responsible for setting program policies, supervising staff, and ensuring student athletes develop strong character traits. This position includes responsibility for administrative tasks, fundraising, and maintaining a positive atmosphere within the school and community. The position is part of an athletic director that oversees the whole system.

Requirements

• Organize and supervise a sports program.
• Have a successful coaching experience in the assigned sport.
• Knowledge of technical aspects of the sport.
• Adhere to all athletic policies and regulations.
• Train and inform staff.
• Ensure student athletes' safety and well-being.
• Serve as a mentor and promote character traits of trustworthiness, respect, and civic responsibility.
• Administer and manage program financials.
