LICENSED PRACTICAL NURSE- Continuous Care - Home Health of Broward

The Licensed Practical Nurse provides direct and indirect patient care in a home setting, working under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local regulations. This role is essential for ensuring the highest quality patient care and maintaining a safe and compliant environment.

Requirements

• At least 1 year or more with current/active Florida State Professional License
• At least 1 year of experience as an LPN working under the supervision of a Registered Nurse in an acute or post-acute care setting
• At least one year home care experience in Medicare Certified agency- preferred
• IV Certified (Preferred)
• Knowledgeable of AHCA Regulations and Medicare COP’s Guidelines
• Evidence of ability to coordinate patient care, strong interpersonal skills, problem solving ability, decision making ability and ability to work closely with others
• Proficient with computers
• Must be knowledgeable of nursing and medical practices and procedures
• Excellent oral and communication skills
• Must have knowledge of computer office/clinical software
• Must be able to read, write and understand the English language
