Bachelor’s in OT or Master’s. Florida licensing. 2+ yrs clinical experience preferred. Knowledge of Medicare regulations
REGISTERED FIELD NURSE - Miami Dade & Broward
Associate's in Nursing (ASN) or BSN preferred. Must have a Florida RN license and one-two years of nursing experience. CHPN certification preferred
LICENSED PRACTICAL NURSE
1+ year Florida LPN license, LPN experience with RN supervision, home healthcare experience (Medicare preferred). IV certification preferred
HOME CARE AIDE
CNA/Home Health Aide certification (FL/75 hrs), CPR certification, & 1+ year experience. Computer skills & English proficiency required
REGISTERED NURSE - Pool Dept. - Miami & Broward
Associate of Science in Nursing/BSN & Active RN license required in Florida. 1-2 years nursing experience preferred, with Hospice experience preferred. CHPN certification preferred (within 2 years of employment)
PHYSICAL THERAPIST
Bachelor's in PT. FPL license. 2-3 yrs clinical exp. 1-2 yrs Medicare certified home health exp
PALLIATIVE PHYSICIAN
MD/DO degree & BC/BE in IM or FM with hospice/palliative experience. Experience in a fast-paced setting preferred. EPEC training a plus
LICENSED PRACTICAL NURSE
1+ year FSL license. 1+ LPN experience under supervision, preferred. Home health experience and Medicare certification preferred
LICENSED PRACTICAL NURSE-Continuous Care - Home Health of Dade
1+ year LPN experience, 1+ year of experience as LPN in a setting, or 1+ year home care experience. Knowledge of clinical practices, computer skills & understanding of regulations
