Job Description
The Registered Nurse is responsible for providing preventive and supportive care to terminally ill patients and their families, utilizing assessment, intervention, and teaching skills. They coordinate care within the interdisciplinary team, maintain electronic medical records, and ensure high-quality patient care.
Requirements
- Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN)
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
- Clear and Active Registered Nurse license to practice in the state of Florida
- 1-2 years of nursing experience, including Hospice nursing experience preferred.
- Certification in Hospice & Palliative Medicine (CHPN) preferred.
- Knowledge of computer office/clinical software.
- Ability to read, write and understand English.
