Job Description
Catholic Home Health Services is seeking Physical Therapists to evaluate patients, establish treatment programs, and provide direct physical therapy in all areas of Miami-Dade County. This is a visiting position, requiring intermittent in-home sessions, and bilingual applicants are highly valued. The role focuses on achieving patient maximum functional potential.
Requirements
- Plan and administer prescribed physical therapy treatment.
- Test/screen patient's physical strength.
- Develop/implement conditioning/rehabilitation program.
- Accurately document care observations and evaluations.
- Teach client and family transfer techniques.
- Apply infection control and universal precautions.
- Meet mandatory continuing education requirements.
