Job Description
This Physical Therapist position involves performing clinical evaluations and establishing treatment programs for patients, ensuring they achieve their functional potential. They will provide direct physical therapy services, administer skills, and collaborate with physicians and the care team to develop treatment programs. Documentation and compliance with regulations are essential.
Requirements
- Plan and administer prescribed skill physical therapy treatment and training.
- Test/screen patient’s physical strengths.
- Develop/implement a conditioning/rehabilitation program.
- Administer/interpret care plans.
- Document patient care observations and evaluations.
- Complete documentation in a timely manner.
- Apply infection control principles.
- Adhere to agency policies and legal requirements.
- Complete continuing education requirements.
- Maintain clinical and professional competencies.
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
